In a time when budgets and fiscal responsibility is paramount, sometimes leaders need a sounding board, an expert voice, to provide advice or input into a work situation, but not seeking full consulting services. I  have a deep understanding of organizational change management to activate talent – I have advised leaders at all levels within for-profit organizations, non-profits, to small businesses to help them tackle the β€œeveryday needs” for leading and managing their transformation agendas. My motto is, β€œit’s not just about getting change done, but it’s about getting change done right,” so it becomes a part of the way you work.
